The prices shown above are specific to Umrah services, calculated in Saudi Riyals, and are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any modification to the agreed programs, we reserve the right to adjust the prices accordingly.

• Driver contact distribution: Driver contact numbers for scheduled trips will be provided 6 hours before the trip time.
• Cancellation policy within 24 hours: In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the full trip amount will be charged.
• Cancellation policy within 48 hours: If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, 50% of the trip value will be deducted.
• Waiting time: The vehicle’s waiting time for the guest is 20 minutes from the start of the trip or from the time of arrival at the airport. After 60 minutes from the scheduled arrival time, additional charges will apply.
• No response: If the guest does not respond, the trip will be canceled and the full amount will be charged.
• Service unavailability: In the event that Alsaeh Alarabi Company is unable to provide the service, only the affected trip amount will be refunded. The company bears no responsibility for any subsequent delays or damages.
• Vehicle replacement: If the requested vehicle is unavailable, an alternative of the same or similar type will be provided. There is no guarantee that all trips will be operated using the same vehicle.
• Lost items and liability: The company is not responsible for any lost or forgotten belongings left inside the vehicle after the trip ends.
• Damages: The passenger is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to misuse, and the competent authority will determine the cost of the damage.
• No smoking: Smoking inside the vehicles is strictly prohibited. A fine of 500 SAR will be applied for each violation.
• Vehicle capacity: Vehicles must not be loaded beyond their passenger or luggage capacity.
• Approvals: Any modification or pricing adjustment must be approved by Alsaeh Alarabi Company. Failure to read the terms does not exempt clients from compliance.
